Get­ting ready for Chevella~Bration 2006. I have to do some emer­gency repairs to my Chev­elle, and get it road wor­thy again if I want to drive it all the way to Nashville. I have alot to do between now and June 6th. I am going to try to replace the trunk floor and all the rusted metal around that area before I go.

I got me a camper top for my truck, and it looks great. I also ordered me a class III reciever hitch and a new bum­ber to replace that rusty stock one.

:: Update ::

Tore the engine apart and found out that it had two sunk valves. So me and Dad replaced all the exhaust valves and replaced the dam­aged knock sen­sor, and put it all back together. And it runs like a new truck now. Now comes the sus­pen­sion work, I am going to replace the rear leaf spings with some out of a 96 Tocoma.

Just bought a 94 toy­ota pickup truck. It has a V6 with around 200k miles on it. I got it for a pretty good price too. It has a dent in the bed, and a burnt valve, but other than that it’s a nice truck.

Just received one of the two bumpers I got for my Birth­day, which was a blast. I got the rear bumper which is the one I need most. It looks pretty good, made cheaper than the orig­i­nal but its lighter. I should be get­ting the front bumper in a month or so.

I have finally started work­ing on my Chev­elle. I have already taken a sander around the bot­tom of the car. I will have pic­tures on my Chev­elle site soon, so you can see all the primer I used. I found “some” rust on the lower rear quar­ters. I may have to spring for some patch pan­els. Stay tuned for more updates of the Chev­elle.
