Roof Top Tent

Just got a new Camping Lab roof top tent. Got it mounted to the top of the Toyota.

I got the 55“x94” model, which is plenty big enough for me. I have wired up a power center that has a switch for my LED lighting, a 5 volt USB plug to charge my phone, and a standard 12 volt car power point to plug up any standard automotive accessory.

I installed a SE-WFLS series Waterproof Flexible Light Strip from Super Bright LEDs in the tent to provide the lighting. I can control the light output with a Pulse Width Modulator circuit I built.

The tent has two zip out screen windows and two zip out screen doors, all with rip-stop covers. The rain fly and window covers are held in place with spring steel rods that keep tension on the tent.
